Dr. Grego stated that the Board had discussed this item in a recent workshop; and, that Ms. Pam Moore is here to respond to any questions.

Mrs. Wikle stated that she had received an email expressing concern that this change may impact academic letters. Dr. Grego, during his report, responded to Mrs. Wikle's concern.
