We invite you to explore our meeting web portal for all the documents and videos of our public board meetings. This web portal will allow you to search and view meeting documents, calendars, videos, notices and much more. Following each meeting, the minutes will be published for the public to view. The minutes are not considered an official document until they are approved by the School Board at the following School Board meeting. In order to view the agenda, the documents, the minutes or the meeting, go to the meeting of interest and click either the white document icon (the agenda), the yellow document icon (the complete agenda with supporting documents), the yellow file folder icon (minutes only) or the video camera icon (actual video of the selected meeting). When viewing the agenda and documents, be sure to open the item of interest fully by clicking on the plus + sign. When viewing the meeting using the small camera icon, the agenda will appear on the left side of the screen. You may scroll through the agenda, click the item of interest and the video will move immediately to that area of the agenda.
